Essential ingredients: Mustard yellow long halter top layered with long white tunic top, long chunky brown necklace, huge brown sunnies, brown knitted cap, huge leopard print tote bag and pointed leopard print shoes.

Match your favourite jeans with a layered top. Not all jeans can pull off this look, be sure that your jeans are either narrow boot-cut, tapered or straight cut. Baggy, bell-bottom or wide leg cut are usually not suitable, unless you are very tall.

You can also play with different colour combination when layering your top, such as mustard yellow halter with blue tunic top. The wonderful thing about layering is that it tests your skills in colour combination, it makes your top looks more interesting and more colourful. There is no point in layering if there are of the same colour. Because layering is usually a more complicated look, it is therefore best matched with a simple pair of jeans.
